At Jentayu Tea, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:
1. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or payment proof).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
- Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or special deals.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost parcels.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
